Effective Date: 2 July 2026
Business: Toxic Hockey UK Ltd
Platform: Toxic Development Hub
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Toxic Development Hub, an online training platform owned and operated by Toxic Hockey UK Ltd. By purchasing a membership, creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising anyone under 18 who uses the platform.
Membership grants a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access the content while your subscription is active. It does not transfer ownership of any content.
Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time before your next renewal through your account settings. Cancelling prevents future billing but does not normally generate a refund for the current billing period unless required by UK law.
Because the platform supplies digital content immediately after purchase, refunds are generally unavailable once access has been provided except where required by applicable consumer legislation.
You agree not to share your login, upload malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the platform, copy content or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
Membership is intended for one individual. Sharing accounts, selling access, redistributing content or bypassing access restrictions may result in suspension or permanent termination without refund.
All videos, coaching material, downloads, graphics, branding, logos, documents and other resources remain the intellectual property of Toxic Hockey UK Ltd. Content may not be copied, screen recorded, downloaded (unless expressly permitted), reproduced, published, sold, sublicensed or distributed without written permission.
The platform provides educational sports training only and is not medical advice. Users participate entirely at their own risk. Always train within your ability, use appropriate protective equipment and stop if you experience pain or injury. Parents are responsible for supervising children. If you have a medical condition or injury, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before participating. Individual results will vary and are not guaranteed.
We aim to provide reliable access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, technical faults or events outside our reasonable control may occasionally interrupt access.
Where comments or community features are available, users must remain respectful. Harassment, discrimination, abuse, spam, advertising or offensive content may result in removal and account suspension.
We may update these Terms, pricing, features or content from time to time. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toxic Hockey UK Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, business interruption or data loss arising from use of the platform.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
